Due to the made to order process of all products in our store, we are UNABLE to accept Returns or Exchanges.

Please double check the size charts and descriptions of the item before purchasing!

If an item arrives damaged, defected and/or missing parts, it can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. If 30 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. 

To request a refund or exchange, please contact us by e-mail at support@unparalleledvisions.com. We typically respond within 24 hours. 

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Denied Refunds and Exchanges

There are situations where a refund or exchange unfortunately can not be granted (if applicable) 

 - Any item not displaying the colors you may have expected (colors appear different on multiple devices and screens)

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Item is not as expected and/or the expected size 

- Sale items

- Gift cards 

- Downloadable software products 

- Some health and personal care items  

Refunds and Exchanges (if applicable) 
For damaged, defected and/or items missing parts, we require a photo or video as part of our return and exchange process. If you are approved, you can choose for a refund or exchange. For a refund, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. For an exchange, you will receive a replacement by mail. There is no need to returning damaged, defected and/or item with missing parts back to us.       

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@unparalleledvisions.com. 

Shipping 
To return your product, mail your product to: Unparalleled Visions, 6461 Viewpoint CT, Martinez CA 94553, United States. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
